Responsibilities:

As a Consumer Affairs Representative, you will serve as the first-line of contact with our consumers.  Responsibilities for this position will include:

  • Take incoming calls from our consumers and provide professional customer service
  • Respond to consumer email inquiries and social media posts
  • Assist consumers in locating where they can purchase products, ordering products and processing returns
  • Make consumer recommendations based on an understanding of our products and their uses
  • Advise consumers on refund protocols
  • Maintain positive consumer relationships
  • Provide an amazing consumer experience!

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of consumer affairs, customer service, or retail experience
  • Polished customer service skills, both oral and written
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to learn new computer systems
  • Flexibility and ability to respond to calls throughout the day on various topics
  • Ability to navigate the web to research consumer inquires
  • Willingness to gain a true understanding of the products that Straight Arrow offers
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude
  • Passion for helping people
