"Our golden retriever had HORRIBLE mats that were dried mud, tangled hair, etc.. we had tried multiple products and brushes. We couldn’t cut them out because they were so close to his skin!! This made it to where we could work them away from the skin enough to cut the really-really bad ones and a lot of them it just dissolved on its own!! I am usually disappointed when I try products like this but OMG. I am SOLD and a fan for life! This stuff is AMAZING!!!!! And I never leave reviews but I had to in this case. "This stuff is AMAZING. I originally bought it for my Pomeranian because his hair gets matted easily, but after the first use on him and how amazing it made his hair feel, I used it on myself and had INCREDIBLE results! (btw: my dogs mats came RIGHT out, especially after using the Detangler and Shine that comes in the tube). But word of caution if using on a human, try not to use if you have bleached hair. This stuff definitely took out some of my platinum strands...so I just use it on my pooch now :) Also beware, the Detangler and Shine tube is NOT full to its capacity, not even half way full. Which was the only reason I took off a star. Don't skimp your customers!"
